E-mail Forwarding in Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that comes with all the hosting packages, will help you to forward any e-mail address inside the account to a different one without difficulty. You can do this either during the creation of a brand new email address or any time afterwards in case you decide that you will need this feature. During the process, you will be able to consider if you want a copy of the e-mails to be kept on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you'll avoid the probability to lose an e-mail if the forwarding is to an exterior address, which can be momentarily inaccessible. This option can be enabled and deactivated at any time, and if you use e-mails for important matters, it is far better to use it, as no records of the emails are kept on the server if the option is not enabled. In case you determine that you do not need forwarding any more, it will take just a click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address hosted in our system can be very uncomplicated in case you have a semi-dedicated server package with our company and it'll not take you more than several clicks to create. You can do this in the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to keep an eye on the email addresses which are being forwarded and where the emails are going to with a glance. The feature is enabled and disabled for each of the email addresses in your account. You can also activate or deactivate a helpful option we offer - a backup of the emails being sent through our servers can remain on the server. This way, you'll also have a backup copy of your incoming messages and you'll not have to be worried about losing any information. If you have this option disabled, you run the risk of losing e-mails should there be an issue with the remote email address.
