Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are far too busy working on your websites or developing your web apps, you scarcely have the time to check what’s happening with the VPS server – if it is overloaded or whether all the services are running properly. With our Managed Services solution, we will take care of this instead of you. Your server will be included in our custom–built monitoring software system and anytime there’s a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be informed momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is vital – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for the Managed Services offer, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backups are placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your content will always be safe, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are harder to run and might require some extra configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Services option can help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – this means that you’ll be able to literally hire one of our proficient server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation of any software application that you need. And/or have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
